We had an extremely frustrating experience with Air Mauritius. Both of our flights were delayed, and to make matters worse, the second flight was outright canceled. Instead of providing a reasonable alternative, they kept changing our ticket almost half-daily, causing major inconvenience.
As a result, we had to pay for two extra nights of accommodation out of our own pocket. Despite this being entirely their fault, Air Mauritius refused to compensate us for the additional expenses. Their lack of responsibility and poor customer service made a bad situation even worse.
If you’re considering flying with Air Mauritius, be prepared for delays, cancellations, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend choosing another airline to avoid unnecessary stress and extra costs.
