Air Rite Appliance Repair is not an approved Bosch agent -Do not use

On the 1st of January 2021 i had a problem with my Bosch dishwasher it had an error code E15. I googled Bosch repairs and Air rite Appliance repair came up . I called them and were willing to come out the same day. Le Roy was his name he tested the machine and said they have to take the machine to the workshop. I called two days later and he said the PC board needs replacing at a cost of R2500.00 I told him to do it. On the 5/1/2021 he brought the machine back and i paid for it. The invoice stated 12 month gaurantee. The same evening i used it and the problem persisted they came again and dismantled all the panels and i am not sure what they did but he claimed it is sorted. That evening the machine started leaking water from the bottom. I called Le Roy he has two cell numbers 067-266-0757 and 073-957-8697. He was extremely rude and thereafter stopped taking my calls. When i had asked for my old PC board they claimed they forgot to bring. Very bad disappointing service. On their first arrival i did query if they Bosch approved and they claimed to be.
