Arkangel Acoustics (Parow Industria)

The most pathetic service I have received from any place. I used the request a quote function on their website (07 Jan 24) - still no contact. I phone the landline number this morning (11 Jan 24) - was told to phone Johan directly on his cell. I phone his cell number - he rejects the call with an sms message that says I must contact his office. On the 12th Dec 23 I also contracted him on his cell - he sent me a message to ask if he can call me later and I responded yes that would be very kind. I am still waiting for that call as well.

Clearly Arkangel Acoustics have no need for business - but this is no way to treat a potential new customer.
