Highly disappointed with Samsung Tyger Valley. Tuesday 09/12 walked in there to have the screen protector on my Galaxy Flip 5 replaced. Sales assistant tells me they don't do it there and gives me a little paper to say I must go to SSS Cellular in Edward Street - they are the Samsung Service Centre who do the screen protector replacements. So off I went and before getting there I phoned them to enquire about the price - only to be told they don't do it at all on the Flip phones as they do not have the machine to be able to cut the screen protector. I told them Samsung Tyger Valley referred me to them but they just said that the store must have made a mistake as they have never done it for the Galaxy Flip phones. I then turned around and started to proceed going home. Again I phoned Samsung Tyger Valley to question this matter and enquire what now. I then spoke to Deon who told me SSS Cellular have definitely been doing the screen replacements on the flip phones but must have stopped doing it then without informing them. Then he told me that they (Samsung Tyger Valley) can do a screen replacement for me but it is just a thicker type of silicone protector they use. I almost overturned my car and ask him why did the salesman not offer it to me when I was in store, Needless to say I told him that I am already almost home and could have had it done when I was there - now I have to make another trip to Tyger Valley. I then phoned SSS Cellular and spoke to a lady whom I asked to contact Samsung Tyger Valley, speak to Deon and revert back to me. Needless to say this also did not happen - pathetic in my opinion.
After being referred by Samsung Tyger Valley to SSS Cellular as their service agent I am not impressed. Samsung Tyger Valley referred me to them to go and have my Galaxy Z Flip5 screen protector replaced. On my way there I was told they do not do that at all on the the Flip phones and that Samsung Tyger Valley must have made a mistake. I then phoned Samsung Tyger Valley again, spoke to Deon and he then said they definitely did replace the screen protectors and he remembers that previously the screen protectors was even replaced for free if it was within a certain time limit. If they not doing it anymore then they (Samsung Tyger Valley) have not been informed about it. I then phoned SSS Cellular again - spoken to a lady whom I told what Deon said and asked her to phone him and clarify this matter and to revert to me. That was Tuesday 09 Dec - it is now Thursday 11 Dec and I have not yet been contacted. And then stores want to know why they get bad reviews - it is because of bad customer services. And then Samsung wants us to stay loyal to the brand but there is no proper support??? I don't want to take my Flip 5 to a back yard chinese shop that will only stuff it up.
I am a very happy and satisfied IntegriSure client that have been with them for many years. I always find my claims dealt with swiftly and fairly and hope to continue a very long insurance relationship with them.
Wow wow wow - we don't have words. Went their for supper Friday night 16 Aug and man were we surprised. The quality of their food and the hospitality of their staff is just beyond amazing. We had an amazing evening with awesome food and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We will most definitely be back again. Keep up the good work people - you busy building something that will become a legendary place in the West Coast. See you soon again.
Superb! Magnificent! Delicious! Unforgettable! Awesome! Do not miss See Kombuis at Tietiesbaai - you will regret it forever. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there this afternoon. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars - we wanted the seafood platter for 2 that includes Crayfish and they had no stock. Wifey ended up having the seafood platter for one and myself the prawn & calamari combo. There food quality is out of this world and their pricing is very reasonable and not overly expense at all. Keep it up guys - we gonna come camping in the summer at Tietiesbaai and then we will be back for the seafood platter for 2. Many thanks for the delicious food.
Wow wow wow. Such a plain and simple little place in Saladanha but wow wow wow for their food. We looked for a place for a quick bite to eat and we were more than wowed with the quality and price of their food. I had the black mussels in the creamy garlic and white wine sausce and man it was over the moon delicious. Keep it up Sandstone - I will come again.
If you come across the Wolfbox products through a South African E-Commerce retailer - don't buy there products. The products with accessories advertised is not what you get and when you try to contact Wolfbox via there supp**** email addresses as per the manual or website - oh my word - pathetic & useless and just plain no customer service or care. I have just had to return the 2nd replacement unit after being incomplete again and have now insisted on a refund. Companies should stop running adverti*****ts and then the the end product received is not complete as advertised.
The Blue Nova App used on cellphones crashed about a week or so ago. I got the support email address from there website - and Friday 19 Jan 24 @ 21h25 I sent them an email with all my phone specs attached. By Monday 22 Jan 24 @ 11h49 I received an email from Gareth Capes confirming that they have a compatibility issue with the app on some Android devices. He sent me a link and asked to install the Beta version of their app and see if this solves the problem. A few emails and less time than normal working day later and it all was working fine again. Gareth Capes rendered outstanding customer service. I have only had superb service from Blue Nova in all aspects. Early 2023 one of my Bluetooth lithium batteries gave some problems about 8 months or so after purchase. I took it straight back to Blue Nova's factory here in Cape Town, they tested it and found one cell in the battery to be faulty. The battery was replaced with a brand new one without hesitation. All together it took less than 14 days to get my Bluetooth Battery replaced. In this case I dealt with PJ Poerstamper at the factory and he rendered outstanding customer services. I am completely satisfied with Blue Nova's services - so much so I have bought another Bluetooth Lithium Battery for my camping trailer too. Many thanks Blue Nova - I know you have a superior product. So much so that after our recent Dec 23 holiday in the Richtersveld with few days of 48 deg ambient temperature and daily temps of 34 - 38 deg and my batteries and fridges performance both my own brother, my brother in law and his son all want to buy the Blue Nova Bluetooth Lithium products for themselves now. Many thanks for a superb product.
The most pathetic service I have received from any place. I used the request a quote function on their website (07 Jan 24) - still no contact. I phone the landline number this morning (11 Jan 24) - was told to phone Johan directly on his cell. I phone his cell number - he rejects the call with an sms message that says I must contact his office. On the 12th Dec 23 I also contracted him on his cell - he sent me a message to ask if he can call me later and I responded yes that would be very kind. I am still waiting for that call as well. Clearly Arkangel Acoustics have no need for business - but this is no way to treat a potential new customer.
I have been an IntegriSure client since I think 2009 already. I have always made sure that my insurance is up to date, comprehensively described and never had any problems with my claims. I stand on my grounds and make sure that when a claim is settled I am re-imbursed or replaced with equal to what I had and not less nor MORE. And I have had a number of claims through the years - including a vehicle that was written off. I have a dedicated broker (Tanya Iraklopoulos) at IntegriSure and can contact her anytime with any of my insurance needs that needs to be attended to. I have always received prompt, friendly and professional service from her. We also need to remember to keep our affairs in order with our insurance if we want to be adequately re-imbursed in the event of a claim. Don't blame your insurance company if you are not adequately insured or items not specified that should be. Speak to your broker and discuss your insurance needs with them. I love IntegriSure and the way they have treated me through the years and will not easily consider another - not even for a lesser monthly installment. The saying does say in life you also get what you pay for - and not everything is about money (meaning cheaper is not necessarily better).
