On the 9 March I emailed you guys to assist with advising if you offer service plans as mines had expired
On the 9 March I emailed you guys to assist with advising if you offer service plans as mines had expired.after 2 days of waiting no response was received, during this process I had been going thru my vehicles documents and found i had made a mistake where I made the cars one year younger than what they were the Sonet is a 2021 model and the Picanto is a 2020 model. I called in today and spoke to a Lady name Marlinie at 13: 28 for 13 mins while she did assist me her demeanor felt very "I don't wanna assist you" and things not the service I expect from a company that I pay a large premium to in exchange for their service they offer. After updating my policy she was very quick to get rid of me and I stopped her and said not to get rid of me I also emailed asking about the above...as someone who's looking yo expand his business with you guys I expect to be spoken to like a client not a

Disgraceful service and communication
Carpets have to be replaced. After water damage, contractors came to rip out the carpet. We have been waiting since 16 January for feedback or carpets to be replaced. NOTHING. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. NO CARPETS. NOTHING. FED-UP

I joined Integrisure last year. I have moved since I joined them. 3 weeks ago I informed them about my move and that I need assistance to upgrade my policy. Three whole weeks later, and absolute silence from my insurance provider. Is this what will happen should I have a claim??? Please do better or tell prospective clients that you have zero customer service!!! Sies
