Kludi Basin Mixer

On 26/05/2019 I made purchases of bathroom tiles, basin mixers, Giberet toilet set, shower mixers and shower head and drain grid. My purchase cost a total of R28,165. The Kludi basin mixers (2 off) came with a 15 year gaurantee. When we opened the packaging we noticed that one mixer had a deep scratch and I informed the supplier immediately. My salesman promised me that he will replace the unit as soon as possible. After hundreds of phone calls and in-store contact, the supplier sent a 2nd hand unit in June 2022. I expressed my disappointment immediately and he promised me that he will replace the mixer. Since then no delivery has been made.
