Zero follow through from Maharani Tiles Head Office

The quality and beauty of the products sold here is undeniable. What has been my biggest disappointment with them is having had to wait for over 2 months for a refund. I followed up again recently with their head office promising to issue a refund by yesterday, 26th September. Today, still nothing. Excuses range from loadshedding to internal approval processes. This has ruined my experience with them completely. Take caution when dealing with them.
