After moving across to Airmobile from Capitec Mobile they failed to mention that certain features we take for granted Don’t work on their Network. In this case price isn’t everything !!!
Their MMS and USSD features DO NOT WORK ‼️‼️
This has been addressed from the beginning ( 29/03/2024 ) and still nothing been sorted out. Countless emails and service requests have largely gone through without any solution being found. In my opinion the product has been falsely advertised.
Rather check before you change as the frustration isn’t worth it and price isn’t everything. ‼️‼️

Adding further Insult to injury is the fact I recently topped up my Data with their Airmobile R30 for 1Gb deal.
They Debited my Bank Account 4 times ( 4 X 30 Rand).
A full week later nothing has been resolved and as a Sassa Pensioner, I’m R 90 out of Pocket.
While it’s not a lot of money to some, it is to us Sassa Pensioners. Disgusting Treatment.
They simply do Not care.
They have lost me as a customer as soon as I eventually receive my credit.
Pathetic Service from Airmobile.
