Refusal to repay my deposit

Never use this place, customer service is bad.

I booked at ths place and had to cancel due to my meeting being postponed. I phoned the owner who agreed to refused me 50% of my deposit due to late cancellation however he has failed to do so. Everyday I phone him, he comes up with all sorts of excuses ie he will ask his wife to deposit my money but nothing comes through
