I have a vehicle insurance policy under ABSA IDirect and have been trying to request an amendment to the policy i.e. remove one of my vehicles which I already sold two months ago however, every time I try to contact ABSA IDirect, there is no answer and calls are not returned.

In Jan 2021, I submitted a claim for transfer of my pension and retirement fund from Sanlam to my new employer's pension fund and 12 months have passed but the funds have not been transferred due for reasons known to Sanlam.
Never use this place, customer service is bad. I booked at ths place and had to cancel due to my meeting being postponed. I phoned the owner who agreed to refused me 50% of my deposit due to late cancellation however he has failed to do so. Everyday I phone him, he comes up with all sorts of excuses ie he will ask his wife to deposit my money but nothing comes through
My sister bought a second hand vehicle from this dealer for cash of which it broke down or experience technical faults. The dealer charged my sister R 23 000.00 to repair the vehicle and when I inquired about a warranty, the dealer told me the vehicle had a 1 month warranty which is against the Consumer Protection Act of 6 months warranty. Subsequent to that the dealer refunding her R7k out of the R23 000.00 and are refusing to pay the rest.
<p>I placed an order on the 8 May 2017 for 11 May 2017 delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>The order was a birthday gift on the 11 May 2-17 for my wife, the order never arrived on that day and when I phoned on the same day I spent 40min being transferred from one personnel to the next and later told it will be delivered to her as scheduled on the 11 May 2017.</p> <p>The order was never delivered on the 11 May and on the 12 May i phoned again and I was told it had been delivered but only 2 of the 3 items were delivered to her.</p> <p>Today is the 15 May 2017 and the order is still not delivered in full and I'm not getting any refund or call explaining why the order has not been delivered. Everytime I request to speak to a manager, I'm told he/she is busy. On Sat I got an email from Lorenzo Constance who promise to sort my order but still nothing happened and today I phoned to speak to him/her and I was told she/he is not available</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
