Do not use!

I had a side by side fridge freezer where the freezer was not freezing. Tiaan was quick to jump in and help, however it's now been nearly three months and I still have a freezer that is not freezing. Post initial work done getting hold of Tiaan is a massive struggle and his latest appointment commitments he has not arrived. He first did a re-gas, a month later installed a new compressor (one that is very loud, which he said would "calm down" at some point). Still my freezer is not freezing, he claimed he may have not installed it properly as he was not feeling well at the time. It's now been a month and he has now not arrived to check his work.
