We appointed this contractor to install air conditioners and electrical plugs at our property. The air conditioners were installed; however, the electrical plug installation remains incomplete. The contractor was fully paid for the entire scope of work. Since 19 December 2025, he has been avoiding completing the outstanding plug installation and has continuously delayed and avoided resolving the matter. Despite numerous opportunities and our patience in allowing him time to finalise the job, the work remains incomplete. As a result, we have issued a formal Letter of Demand, giving him a final deadline to either complete the outstanding electrical installation or refund the full amount paid, together with the legal costs incurred. It is disappointing that after full payment was made in good faith, we have had to escalate the matter legally to obtain completion of the work.

Groot *****! Tiaan het vir ons 'n aircon kom installeer en nooit die werk klaar gemaak nie. Hyt nie genoeg voorraad gebring om die werk te doen nie, ons nog ekstra gevra daarvoor en net nooit weer terug gekom om dit te doen nie. Hy het ook 'n aircon wat 'n ander tegnikus gesê het is stukkend "reg gemaak" vir 'n lekker bedrag geld en die werk nogsteeds nie. Sal hom nooi aanbeveel nie Hy is in die begin vreeslik vriendlik en as jy hom weer ****ak vol beloftes en as hy nie sy beloftes nakom nie en jy konfronteer hom dan is hy plein weg ongeskik.

Do not use!
I had a side by side fridge freezer where the freezer was not freezing. Tiaan was quick to jump in and help, however it's now been nearly three months and I still have a freezer that is not freezing. Post initial work done getting hold of Tiaan is a massive struggle and his latest appointment commitments he has not arrived. He first did a re-gas, a month later installed a new compressor (one that is very loud, which he said would "calm down" at some point). Still my freezer is not freezing, he claimed he may have not installed it properly as he was not feeling well at the time. It's now been a month and he has now not arrived to check his work.

Do not use!

Beware Airsteelpo
I have been waiting since December2021 for my faulty unit to be swopped out.After numerous calls and whatsapps nothing has come from it. I have now asked Tiaan for a reimbur*****t,but doubt ill even see that as he promisses and does not keep to his word

Tiaan airsteelpo
I paid Tiaan for a 32000 btu aircon and he installed a 24000btu thinking I would not notice. When confronted he was totally cought of guard. He still needs to pay me back the difference between the 2 sizes of aircons. Bad news guys

Airsteelpo, "Tiaan" salvaged aircon units from us, but never paid for them as per agreement, when confronted, Tiaan immediately claimed that they where the victims of fraud & where given broken units. we however asked him to return these broken units, which he claimed was now dumped, but which we later learned were sold.

Airsteelpo - faulty installation
Faulty aircon installation. Tiaan has ignored our requests to come and fix. Dishsat has now corrected the poor installation (PC board has blown due to incorrect installation). Awaiting refund from Airsteelpo.
