We appointed this contractor to install air conditioners and electrical plugs at our property. The air conditioners were installed; however, the electrical plug installation remains incomplete.

The contractor was fully paid for the entire scope of work. Since 19 December 2025, he has been avoiding completing the outstanding plug installation and has continuously delayed and avoided resolving the matter.

Despite numerous opportunities and our patience in allowing him time to finalise the job, the work remains incomplete.

As a result, we have issued a formal Letter of Demand, giving him a final deadline to either complete the outstanding electrical installation or refund the full amount paid, together with the legal costs incurred.

It is disappointing that after full payment was made in good faith, we have had to escalate the matter legally to obtain completion of the work.
