defamation
you have an option to report a **** post / accusation, but when submitting the report the system conveniently hangs up. thats supporting defamation is it not?

Shock, name calling & unprofessional
I bought a townhouse as investment from Diane in July 2020. when taking occupation i replaced the stove as it was filthy & the door was falling off. I kindly frwd. this issue to the transferring attorney. Diane then gave me a courtesy call, calling me a "**** & an assH2le" not in a joking way, i politely reminded her I was a client to which she blatantly replied she doesn't care, as she owes me nothing. sad.

I hereby reply to this review. there are many unscrupulous contractors but in 12 years i have dealt with two unscrupulous clients, Vanessa was one. We took a 50% deposit with progress payments as work progressed, she could of stopped at any time if unhappy. Her father was on site daily giving the workers different instructions & doubling the time we needed to complete the work. at 95% of the work we where finalising snags which grew daily eg. grass dying in patches " this was the dog urinating on it " which we replaced. The list just grew even for things we didn't work on & it was clear she was delaying final payment, we then opted to walk away, as the client relationship was not worth mending as Vanesssa started running illegal debit orders against our business account, she was clearly not in a right frame of mind & trying to continue a was going to be painful

Airsteelpo, "Tiaan" salvaged aircon units from us, but never paid for them as per agreement, when confronted, Tiaan immediately claimed that they where the victims of fraud & where given broken units. we however asked him to return these broken units, which he claimed was now dumped, but which we later learned were sold.

Fraudsters
Tiaan Pienaar Salvaged aircons from us for an agreed value of R12500. Not paying & on the run. After two months grace period to fulfill this agreement, he has blocked all attempts of comunication.
