Have used them a few times Always been reliable They keep you posted on when they are available Every step of the way, they even tell you they aremt happy with the way it looks and fix it Even if you dont mind JP is a perfectionist in his job I would recommend him anytime to anyone to be able to get the job done right African Projects is the type of business you use when you pay to get the job done, he wont see you as a prospect to get continuous business by not doing the job right the first time amd looking for faults

African projects did a lot of work for me on various sites. The work was done to a high quality standard. Jp Joubert is a subject matter expert in his field and I would recommend him to everyone with confidence.

YES JP. I DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO READ YOUR POST!!! THAT IS WHY THE SHERIFF OF THE COURT IS LOOKING FOR YOU AND YOU ARE BEING SUED FOR THE MONEY YOU STOLE. I HAVE SENT ALL THE REQUIRED PROOF AND EVIDENCE (PHOTOS AND COURT DOCUMENTS) TO HELLO PETER TO KEEP THIS SPECIFIC COMPLAINT UP AND RUNNING ON THE WEBSITE, AFTER YOU SAID THE CLAIMS WERE FALSE. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED SOON AND YOU WILL HAVE A NICE JUDGEMENT AGAINST YOUR NAME. OH... AND SARS IS COMING FOR YOU ALSO.

I hereby reply to this review. there are many unscrupulous contractors but in 12 years i have dealt with two unscrupulous clients, Vanessa was one. We took a 50% deposit with progress payments as work progressed, she could of stopped at any time if unhappy. Her father was on site daily giving the workers different instructions & doubling the time we needed to complete the work. at 95% of the work we where finalising snags which grew daily eg. grass dying in patches " this was the dog urinating on it " which we replaced. The list just grew even for things we didn't work on & it was clear she was delaying final payment, we then opted to walk away, as the client relationship was not worth mending as Vanesssa started running illegal debit orders against our business account, she was clearly not in a right frame of mind & trying to continue a was going to be painful

AFRICAN PROJECTS MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Based in Radiokop, JHB

This is my experience and the problems I was left with:

95% of the invoice was paid upfront. Unfortunately the work was left incomplete. Below is just a FEW of the services paid for that was left incomplete:

- My garage roof still leaks everywhere.

Contractor came in twice to "fix". Still no improvement. They did this during rain.

- Water is pouring into my guest room from the roof. The badly painted ceilings will have to be replaced due to the waterproofing not done properly. Water literaly runs through the ceiling, down the walls, soaking the carpet.

- Interior ceilings were painted so badly, roller streaks and unpainted patches are visible.

- Light switch fittings and light fittings removed and not replaced.

- Exterior window frames painted badly and the cracked window panes were not replaced.

- The grass that was planted by the contractor died due to workers cleaning their paint buckets and equipment on it.

- Red paint that was used to renew my paving is already chipping off. It was painted in December 2016.

The list goes on.

I was RUDLY TOLD to find an alternative contractor to finish the work (work that I have already paid the contractor thousands for) as he has now removed himself from the job and decided not to finish it... all because I complained about the bad workmanship.

Kindly note that the ownee is NEVER onsite and only drops his workers between 09h30 and 10h00.

Please feel free to share.
