Review should actually be "no star".. Crooks! I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and tracked the goods. Then Buffalo, who's suppose to deliver the goods, sent me an sms that I'm due to pay them for customs duty and taxes. I emailed Airydress and we corresponded back and forth 3 times. I clearly submitted facts that there was no mention of further costs and I'm not paying a cent more: they can pay Buffalo directly or refund me in full and keep the goods. After my last reply, I simply received a return email stating that the message could not be delivered as it's a permanent error. I retried a day later. Same problem. Then I tried to submit my message directly on Airydress. Message won't upload and there is no record of any of my previous correspondence with them. I'm unable to correspond with them at all. They have my money, they have not delivered the goods and I don't trust them to make any further payments.
