Waiting 3 months for my sim and router they debited my account, and have failed to deliver, phone lines continuously go to voicemail when calling, now I need to get hold of them and get a refund because I have paid for something which I don't have

I had a 2 year contract with them and their service was good. I then extend the contract for another two years. The first year every thing was going smooth and whenever I had problem they will attend to it immediately But now they are showing me flames. For two months without internet ,when I call them they promise that they will attend the matter or they will call me. They take my money but no data. They even blocked my Sim card 😫😫

They do not get back to you regarding queries or complaints. My wifi has never worked and no one will get back to me. Also sent a router I never requested and charged me for it as well.

They contacted me for network change on Wifi, I have contacted and spoke to an agent online and asked to cancel the debit order and not interested in switching network anymore. The lady agent i spoke to assured me it was done and wont be debited after I finished the phone call. Just to see they never done what I requested and deducted the amount for the router and first instalment. I of course phoned back and the supervisor said no i had to whatsapp them and cancelled it and it will take 14 to 21 days for the refund. I am still waiting for my R2000 refund. You can't even phone them as the number goes through on a message box, whats app the repeat the same old line saying it takes 14 - 21 days for the refund. I have never come across such *********** and lack of communication nor service or customer delivery. The absolute worst ever, do not ever do any dealings with them you struggle to get assistances and answers.

Ak mobile debited my account for a sim card that was canceled they stopped the debit order which they put a mandate on my account and it took a while to find out which company was debiting account when i did find out it was Ak mobile and i contacted them they canceled the debit order and promised to refund me i was told the refund was booked that was in March and then i was told to wait 14-21 days which I did and then the consultants started lying to me Zara, Amanda, Yolanda etc.. They then blocked me from the whatsapp line and the call line. The consultants are unprofessional and there is no number to contact accounts or an e-mail to email. It's so wrong that company feels its okay to debit take money which is *****ing without providing the customer with a product or services. Its ****ming customers...........

This company must to be closed down.This is a huge ****.I'll do a video on Tiktok about these ******. They called me at a time I needed an unlimited data package.We agreed upon the deal. I was surprised when the lady told me that only deliver to workplace addresses not to home addresses. I told the lady that once I enter my workplace I lose access to my phone, that means their corrier wont reach to me during delivery. Remember that the debit order has gone through before I recied my package. The corrier kept on coming without me knowing because I could not take their calls until they stopped. I ask for a change of address they refused. My money is being debited but tye product aggreed upon has not reach me as a customer.I tried to negotiate withem on whatsapp they ignore me.They never sent any email for me to acknowledge a contract between us.I went on google to search for their address and contact numbers, most of tye numbers they have online are not working.One number I successfully got one lady into was 081 but the lady told me that in my profile its writen that I recieved my package while I never recieved it. I went to my bank to dispute my money debited by them, the bank told me that AK MOBILE has blocked all disputes concerning my debit orders.Which means the dispute is impossible to happen. Guys this company is a huge red flag and a big ****.They don't deliver to our addresses in order for them to end up not finding us.They want a debit order first to go through so that they block your desputes after you have payed and not recieved your product.They removed all contact numbers for them to be unreacheable. I am going to report them to NCC and will open a case against them.
