Ak mobile debited my account for a sim card that was canceled they stopped the debit order which they put a mandate on my account and it took a while to find out which company was debiting account when i did find out it was Ak mobile and i contacted them they canceled the debit order and promised to refund me i was told the refund was booked that was in March and then i was told to wait 14-21 days which I did and then the consultants started lying to me Zara, Amanda, Yolanda etc.. They then blocked me from the whatsapp line and the call line. The consultants are unprofessional and there is no number to contact accounts or an e-mail to email. It's so wrong that company feels its okay to debit take money which is *****ing without providing the customer with a product or services. Its ****ming customers...........
