Claims problems

Shut the entire operation down! Empty promises with no communication whatsoever. Somehow, one claim can take 5months, and still no payments made. Instead, you're told to submit the very same documents you emailed but they now want hard copies, or you're told for about 4weeks that you will get the money, only to be disappointed each time until they close for the year. "managers" who sit with claims for weeks and are almost never available, not even for a call! Shut it down!
