I worked for Akani Retirement Fund Administrators and resigned after 12 months. I claimed my Pension Fund, and the owner deducted money for the training I did when I started working at the company, and the bonus he paid me during my employment. I then took the matter to the PFA, and the determination was issued in my favor. The company still did not pay me as per the ruling from the PFA, and I then took the matter to FSCA, and he still did not pay me. I am not sure if this means what this company did is allowed, as I have tried all these options and still no payment is received. Sad part of it all is that I was one of the beneficiaries of the Living Hands Trust Fund when my father passed away, and my mother only received 2 payments from the Trust as the funds were ****** by the administrators of the Trust. I am not sure if Akani Retirement Fund used to be part of this company, as I've seen files for MATCO during my stay at Akani, and now this happens to me again.

Shout out People in the Trust Department. I claimed last year December, I got the money in time. Then on the 11th of August claimed for my little brother, on the 22nd of August the money was in. Ma Naledi and Ma Rachel are the best. 🤞🙏
