FINAL TRUST CLAIM
Shout out People in the Trust Department. I claimed last year December, I got the money in time. Then on the 11th of August claimed for my little brother, on the 22nd of August the money was in. Ma Naledi and Ma Rachel are the best. 🤞🙏

Empty promises!!!!
I wish there was a rating than one star..They played me last week. Okay I made a follow up on the application..however was told that the account was not validated, I then received a call from them saying the account number was then validated..this was on Wednesday last week. Because I had written a review here already, I removed all the reviews. I think that was whatade things worse, because even now I tried to call them.. They are now not picking up my calls. Yhoo I don't know how Akani does the things they do because this is highly unprofessional, lying to the people you call 'clients'. I am shocked as to how are you still this way after all the reviews about you here.

Worst Client Service!!!!!!!!
I app**** for my trust application and have long been told that "the application is loaded, awaiting payment". Ever since that day I have been calling and my calls are ignored, even my emails. I have never been frustrated by the service as bad as this one.

Very disappointed
It's been a month now of calling and emailing Akani regarding my final trust claim and i submitted the application, but they claim that they haven't received my documents. I have never came across customer service as bad as this one.
