Bab bed experience

I bought a bed from this company last year October (supposedly new bed) and it had stains on it. I contacted them then the brought another mattress apparently new, mxm. Im not a karen so left it. Not even a week went by but the base started singing like Chris Brown at Soccer City. Because i lost the reciept i decided to open it up and fix the problem myself. Yhoooo!!!! I got shocked to find that one wood, is cut into 3 the planks are so thin you can see that they wanted to save buy isung less materials. There is no cushion, just a cardboard placed on top of the unstable, unglued, so thin that just by my 9 year old sitting on it. It cracked. I have pictures and videos of it. Im disgusted that i paid my hard earned money for such a low grade product.
