Refund

I bought a 2 seater couch ( Anna Bella Yellow couch) from Akhona furniture JHB just before I Covid time, I did not sign any contact regarding my purchase just bought a couch from them.

I called Akhona furniture several times requesting for a refund for the couch, the item is discontinued and I don't want anything from akhona furniture store anymore.

I've sent an affidavit and my slip via WhatsApp to akhona furniture on 073 802 5309 for the refund.

Please note that I'm unable to come to the store as I'm in Cape Town and no one can come to Johannesburg now because I don't have money to travel to Johannesburg.

I've been requesting for a refund from 2023 now and akhona furniture is refusing to pay even though they are aware of the issue.

The store is unprofessional and does not want to give me my money back.
