Bad scholar transport service

I signed up for this transport service effective from 17 January 2024 which was the first day of school. The driver ***ner) arrived late to pick up my children after school, thereafter proceeded to go to 2 other schools to collect more kids. During this time she left my children unattended, with no adult supervision in the shuttle while she fetched the other kids from these 2 schools. My children were dropped off later than the agreed scheduled time, with no apology. I sent a message to the owner expressing my dissatisfaction with the services rendered on the day and informed her that I’m terminating our agreement with immediate effect (1 day service) and that I’d like a refund (pro-rata) of the fees which I already paid for for the rest of the month. The owner (Mamello) refused to refund me and basically said that I could go ahead and do whatever I wish to do regarding this matter, she will not be refunding the money. What was disappointing was that everything she presented her services to be did not happen on that first day, including sharing the routes with the parents, notifications of collections and drop-offs among other things. Her rude response also demonstrated an individual without any remorse for failing to deliver the service as promised but felt entitled to people’s hard earned money which she failed to render a service for. My representatives have been trying to get hold of her without any success because she ignores our calls and emails.
