Most unprofessional service 1 year later

Save yourself trouble and rather take your business elsewhere where you'd be respected.

1 year later and 2 months AFTER my trade-in the sales manager calls me wanting to know where I bought my previous car as there is "no registration numbers and documents" - After I have signed ALL of this off with the sales person at the time 1 year earlier! As I proceeded to tell the sales manager this is not my car, nor my problem anymore and obviously their staff lost the documentation & didn't do their job correctly, he condescendingly started yelling at me and threatening me/using scare tactics. All because THEY failed to do their job correctly.

This is extremely unprofessional service.
