I recently purchased a brand-new BAIC X55 from Aksoni Car PMB, Chatterton branch, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From the beginning, the sales consultant and management failed to provide proper communication and support. After delivery of the vehicle, I discovered discrepancies compared to what was demonstrated to me during the test drive. When I raised my concerns with the sales consultant, Thabile, and the manager, Yusuf, the level of service was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, the sales manager, Natasha, informed me that the features I queried had been discontinued – which was not the case when I made my purchase. This left me feeling misled and dissatisfied as a paying customer who trusted the dealership. I did not expect this level of poor service, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to resolve issues from a dealership selling brand-new vehicles. As a consumer, I believe in transparency and fairness, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer care and honesty in their dealings.

The aksonsicar in pmb central is truly the worst dealer in AFRICA, they are definatly not here to keep customers happy as when faults are found and reported to them the duck and dive and make it truly the worst experiance to try solve the issue, then they waist your time and money by making you drive all around to try sort out there problem and this goes on for months, they will then give you the cheapest downgraded option to repair the fault and even then give you the run arround, these guys truly would not be able to orginize a booze up if they were inside a bar. save your self the hassle and get your vehical from another provider just not them its truly not worth the trouble.

I bought an isuzu dmax from this dealer and the mic on the radio was not working which i found after taking delivery of the van, it was brought to there attention 2 days after taking delivery, I have been given the run around by them and still the mic has not been fixed, they made me take the van to isuzu to get it checked out, they then said it was to expensive and they want me to take it to a back yard audio place, this took almost the whole day and even then the mic was not fixed, i was informed by the audio place they can fit a new complete aftermarket radio of the same standard as the OEM part for around R8000, this was also then to expensive for aksons, i was then sent photos of a downgraded radio meaning I would have to downgrade from a 10" touch screen radio to an 8" which I was happy with as long as the trim around the radio looked standard, I have since then had to beg them for feedback as to when this will be done and keep getting the run around. Im advising everyone to steer clear of this dealer in PMB they truly are the worst, not even the owner of the business has made contact with me once to apologies for the pathetic service I have received and the staff will not give me his number as they say he dose not deal with customers, in my opinion this is truly unacceptable as the owner with an unhappy customer you should be dealing with me direct to keep me happy. I strongly advise that if you are looking for a pre owned vehicle not to go here as you will be sadly disappointed, they are quick to make the sale however the follow up service is sorry to say "up to ****".
