I recently purchased a brand-new BAIC X55 from Aksoni Car PMB, Chatterton branch, and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From the beginning, the sales consultant and management failed to provide proper communication and support. After delivery of the vehicle, I discovered discrepancies compared to what was demonstrated to me during the test drive. When I raised my concerns with the sales consultant, Thabile, and the manager, Yusuf, the level of service was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, the sales manager, Natasha, informed me that the features I queried had been discontinued – which was not the case when I made my purchase. This left me feeling misled and dissatisfied as a paying customer who trusted the dealership. I did not expect this level of poor service, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to resolve issues from a dealership selling brand-new vehicles. As a consumer, I believe in transparency and fairness, and this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve customer care and honesty in their dealings.
