Stay away from Al-Mabroor Projects

Horrible experience please stay away from this company I did my homework checking the reviews about this company back in 2022 sounded good. I contacted Mr Qasseem and explained i saved some money for my child university fees and Mr Qasseem reassured me that this money will be in good hands and it will be no problems to withdraw. My child studied tirelessly and Allah SWT awarded him with exceptional results and he was accepted in a prestigious university in Europe but Al-Mabroor refuses to pay me back my money so i couldn’t pay his university. To be honest they don’t clearly say no but simply keep you waiting for ever: through the emails they asked for supporting documents like why i need the money 🤨 so i really had to explain why should I get my money back. Left with no choices, i submitted to Almabroor the matric results and the university Offer. Still i Had to make several calls and emails then they rep****: will come back to you on Friday ; then Friday no reply again so i had to write emails and make calls to Qassem who doesn’t answer…. The whole day… later i get another email at 5pm with another **** promise: they will reply next week ….etc… So this is their communication strategy They exhaust your energy, depress your mood, put you and your family under stress, force you to beg them to get your money, keep you waiting for ever….until you give up…

I’m writing this email so no more people can be fooled by this company Even the reviews about this company simply disappeared people were complaining waiting for months for their money but no refund.

Ive tried to ask a Facebook page where Almabroor was recommended initially but the admin refused to post my request advising that the page <ask namima > is no more allowed to mention Al-Mabroor name.
