Poor quality and false BTU airconditioners!!

Been installing aircons for 11years now. These Alaska airconditioners are not what they claim to be. Their BTU sizes are not accurate and underrated. A 12000btu is not a 12000btu!!! They do not meet the EER standards and their EER values are false. Installed these units for a customer who bought these online and what a disaster. Poorly built with underrated compressors. Customer asked us to remove and replace with another brand. These are Cheap and nasty units! Would not recommend!!
