Incompetence but client must pay.

I took my car in for a minor bumper bashing. Having had a poor experience with them in the past I asked that they ensure the work be up to standard. I knew they would live up to their reputation. My insurer insisted that I use a BMW approved repairer and was not allowed to use a repairer of my choice. I told them that there was mechical issues with the suspension and they should have it checked before starting any repairs. They obviously knew better and now they are unable to get it repaired under the claim.

In the meantime I now need to rent a vehicle, pay the installments, pay the insurance premiums and no car. Poor service.

I have requested that all roleplayers Outsurance, Alberante, BMW meet me at the vehicle to find a resolution because it seems noone gives a damn or it is purely incompetence.
