On 19 Feb 2019 I requested a quotation for flashing of my vehicle aircon system. The lady who answered the phone, I didn't ask for her name, gave me a telephonic quote instantly, without referring to anybody. At that stage I reckoned this R750.00 to be a very reasonable amount and arranged for my vehicle to be taken to this lot. My misery with people started when the work was done. I was informed that the amount quoted was only for fluid used and that additional cost for labour which amounted to R2400.00 was added to the account. I called them and spoke to Clint, what a rude, unprofessional piece of **** he is. Before I could state my case he told me " moenie met k... by my kom nie", " you will pay, if you like it or not". I put the phone done on him as I will not tolerate such a piece of **** talking to me in this manner. My opinion is that quotations for amounts much less than the correct costs are issued only to obtain the work. It worked in my case.
