master care took 16 days from collection to delivery after minor repairs. 19/11/2019 to 04/12/2019 Now it leaks water and it stops during spin cycle. Nobody will take a phone call and don't expect a reply on an e-mail complaint. They are WORSE than their predecessors -Early bird. On 19 Feb 2019 I requested a quotation for flashing of my vehicle aircon system. The lady who answered the phone, I didn't ask for her name, gave me a telephonic quote instantly, without referring to anybody. At that stage I reckoned this R750.00 to be a very reasonable amount and arranged for my vehicle to be taken to this lot. My misery with people started when the work was done. I was informed that the amount quoted was only for fluid used and that additional cost for labour which amounted to R2400.00 was added to the account. I called them and spoke to Clint, what a rude, unprofessional piece of **** he is. Before I could state my case he told me " moenie met k... by my kom nie", " you will pay, if you like it or not". I put the phone done on him as I will not tolerate such a piece of **** talking to me in this manner. My opinion is that quotations for amounts much less than the correct costs are issued only to obtain the work. It worked in my case.
BE WARNED AND BE AWARE BEFORE MAKING USE OF RCS FINANCIAL "services" My one star rating of this fools are much to high. I applied for a loan in September 2017. This was granted within two days. Then my nightmare with this incompetent lot of stooges started. They over paid my application with R87000.00. This fault they discovered the day after. I repaid the R87000.00, which was excepted. Still was I held liable for the full amount plus interest. With the help of the ombudsman we came to an agreement. RCS restructured every thing during May 2018, I agreed, and the nightmare started al over again. I have no hope for the idiots working for or at RCS.
DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY What a lot of incompetent people.!!! I applied for a R35000.00 loan, which was applied for and granted telephonically. Then disaster strikes. On 19 September 2017an amount of R122523.19 was paid into my account, the clown who did this is untraceable. It took RCS 2 days to come to their senses and recognise their error. I paid R87253.19 back on 21 September. I received an acknowledgement letter for the payment. Still, today 23 November 2017, this lot is threatening me with ITC and legal costs and who knows what else. I don't know if they will ever wake up. IF ANY ONE WANTS TO APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH RCS, THINK AGAIN.
BEWARE OF PENTAIR / KREEPY KRAULY Bad service from Pentair Kempton Park ********** 177. Service rep. Ginger, will not give you an opportunity to present your problem, she just keeps on talking and never stops. I bought a Kreepy Krauly product, (Bullshark Pro) This thing can not operate without supervision. It will turn on it's back and stay like that. Their field service rep. by the name of James came to my premises and first hand experienced exactly what my complaint is about. He took the piece of rubbish to their office for inspection and returned it two weeks later, after I had to question them about returning that thing. The problem still exist.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY product with Pentair as a host. There is no support and the little they supply takes two weeks to complete. I bought a Bullshark Pro as a pool cleaner, as stated on the box. Pentair tries to convince me this is a splash pool cleaner. It can not work without supervision and is always upside down. I think Pentair is either to ashamed of the products they put their name on, or just don't care, thus the reason for not responding on any complaints.
While busy on a call, it cuts of with message " no network data available" After two attempts to 081180 the problem still persist. All they can say is, " remove sim card for 3 minutes and replace" please wake up. I upgraded three weeks ago, should never have done that, should have gone to a service provider with integrity.
This is a VERY, VERY bad product, same as the people who put their name on it. I bought this piece of **** under intention that it will do as said. It only works on walls and as soon as it detach itself, it will go upside down and stay like that. This piece of rubbish can not work without supervision, period. The clever people from Pentair want to tell me this is a splash pool cleaner, the box indicates that it is a pool cleaner otherwise I would not have taken it. Pentair took this thing to "investigate" and they have it now for two weeks 3 Oct 2017 to present 18 Oct 2017. Phoning them leaves you without an answer as you do not get a chance to state your case. STAY AWAY FROM ANY KREEPY KRAULY PRODUCT as you will not get support.
