I traded in my car at Motus Alberton multifranchise on 8 July 2025, I was told they would be settling the previous car with my financer in a few days. It's been over a month and my previous vehicle has still not been settled and the car is no longer in my possession, my new finance for my new vehicle has taken effect, I keep being told there are delays with the accountant working there and now I am concerned that I will be debited for two vehicles come month end, I have tried being patient but this has simply been dragging on for too long, and I'm not receiving any update as to what the delay is. On top of that the registration for my new vehicle has still not been finalized, first permit expired and they gave me a new one, now this one has expired today 14 August 2025 and still no word on the new registration. I am completely disappointed at the service I've received and would like these issues to be sorted out as soon as possible.

Leticia is meticulous and did everything I asked for. I am very happy with the service I received from Alberton Multifranchise. Very pleasant experience. Sean, the workshop manager is just as amazing and very accommodating. I had to collect my vehicle a few minutes after 5 on a Friday and he waited for me. Well done! Really impressed

After buying my car there was alot of problems. The licinsing and registration taking way too long. The car's fuel guage is not working. This review follows on my previous review. Motus select sent me an email where they state that the matter will be resolved to MY SATISFACTION. When i spoke to the complaints person yesterday i was brushed off like a piece of dust and told that they concider the matter closed and will be closing the file. I went on to get the CEO of Motus select contact details. Contact was innitiated but have not heard from them yet. I just feel that what they say they will do in writing, in a legal document should be done as this is what was said. I want this whole matter to be resolved to MY SATISFACTION. Please see below quoted text from email recieved. "We will keep you updated on the progress and are dedicated to resolving this issue to your satisfaction." Can the CEO or MD contact me so we can get this sorted out. I will however get my Lawyer involved in this matter.

I bought a car at Motus Select Alberton Multifranchise in April 2024 and I'm impressed! The service I received was remarkable. From the moment I took interest in the ad online, going to the dealership and test drive, I got prompt, professional responses and the whole process went well. The staff at Motus Select Alberton are genuinely welcoming, professional and informative and I'd like to give special recognition to Jackson, Linda, Corné, Thabo and especially Tumelo. Tumelo Mogano is a fantastic sales executive who goes above and beyond the call of duty even after hours when needed. He's not only about sales but customer satisfaction and quality service, he still calls to check if all's well with the car. Exceptional service like this has to be shared with others!! 👌🏾

Purchased a vehicle at Alberton Multifranchise back in 2021 and immediately encountered myriad of problems with the car. I also suspected that the car may have been involved in an accident because the panels did not lign up properly and raised this concern on ''Hellopeter'' (No responses received via email) with Micky Scott (Dealer Principal) and Avashan Govender (Franchise Director) and indicated my intention to return the car and cancel the deal, who vehemently denied it and assured me that the vehicle had film protection app**** - no accident. None of the listed issues were fixed despite claiming otherwise. I lived my worst nightmare when I wanted to trade in the vehicle. The dealership drew the vehicle's accident report from Autobid which revealed that vehicle had sustained damages on all 4 sides to the tune of R230k (There must be mechanical damages as well). True to form, the current dealer principal, Keroven, is also neither helpful nor engaging.
