Great Service

Excellent 👌 work

I recently had solar panels installed and roof painting done by Ecofusion Builders, and overall, I’m very impressed with their work. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. The solar installation was handled efficiently, and they took the time to explain the system properly, which I really appreciated. The roof painting also came out looking clean and refreshed, giving the house a completely new feel. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality finish definitely stood out. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because there’s always a little room for improvement—whether it’s communication timing or minor finishing touches—but nothing major that takes away from the great service provided. I would definitely recommend Ecofusion Builders to anyone looking for reliable solar and roofing services.

Worst Service ever

I had a very disappointing experience at Vodacom The Glen Mall. I went in for a simple SIM swap and came fully prepared as a foreign national with my valid passport and 3 months’ bank statements. Despite providing all required documents, the staff kept asking for additional information without clearly explaining what was needed. The process felt inconsistent and frustrating, as the requirements kept changing. What made it worse was the attitude from the consultants — they were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little patience. While other customers were being assisted quickly, I was left waiting with no clear resolution. In the end, I was told they could not proceed with the SIM swap, without a proper explanation or any effort to escalate the issue. This experience felt unfair and unprofessional. A basic service like a SIM swap should not be this difficult, especially when all documentation is provided. Very disappointing service.
