Exceeded expectations, went the extra mile!

<div>My journey with Alcari started out in 2018 when I enrolled in their F&amp;I program, which included attending three training courses, doing five assignments and writing five exams. THE TRAINING: Rene made what would have been an absolute chore for me, and I believe for everyone else attending, a fun learning experience. He is funny and highly entertaining! I wouldn’t have enjoyed the training as much or felt as engaged each day if it weren’t for him. His energy, jokes and antics really went a long way. He made subject matters interactive, simplifying and explaining information effectively. He encouraged questions, and balanced everyone's experience levels, yet held the pace of the course very well. He was well-prepared, breaking down the material logically and relating it to real world examples. I appreciated him explaining why things matter rather than just running through the steps of how to do them, which is very useful today. It was also very clear how what we’ve learned can be applied in our day-to-day interactions in our line of work. Rene is without a doubt, the best facilitator I’ve ever had. His passion for his work is evident, but his genuine compassion for people makes him the excellent facilitator / mentor that he is. THE 5 ASSIGNMENTS AND 5 EXAMS YOU DO ON YOUR OWN: You get 6 years to complete a F&amp;I qualification and being the procrastinator that I am, I took 5 and a half years to do it. During these years I have received so much support from Rene and the Alcari team. Rene is the most patient man that I’ve come to know. He always offered to help, never put any pressure on me and made sure that the whole process went smoothly. He was always prompt with responding to any questions that I had, anytime of day, and through his guidance you can tell that he has extensive expertise in his field of work. Two friends of mine had a similar experience working with him. The Alcari staff, with whom I only communicated via e-mail, was always prompt, professional and highly competent. From start to finish Alcari exceeded my expectations, this the very definition of going above and beyond. I don’t want to study another day of my life, but if I absolutely HAD TO….it would without a doubt be through Alcari .</div>
