quality standard

I expressed my disappointment in the quality and integrity of the shoes I bought from Aldo in Feb 2025. The inner sole and heels have been compromised in such a way that it has seemed to disintegrate. I requested feedback from Aldo to find out if other clients had complained of the same thing. One doesn't expect that shoes should disintegrate in such a way after less than a year's use! their response "..will review the condition of the shoes and also investigate whether similar issues have been reported with this style previously."

It is clear from other posts/reviews that there seem to be an issue with quality standards at Aldo.
