Bad service
Probably the most ***kest experience ever since the employees never seem to have a hurry in them and if that happens the the receptionist is never on the post costing up to 60 rand in airtime just for holding on

Bad Service
At firts very helpful service that turn to the worst experience ever. Buying of parts. Between false promises and not keeping their word ended up costing me time and 5 days of no transport. Messing you around and over charging for incorect parts and refuse to refund you and blame it on a lost on their behalf. Dont ever deal with Alert Goodwood from Sales people to Management. Their cover each other backs from lies to false promisses.

Bad Service

Messing you around and over charging for incorect parts and refuse to refund you and blame it on a lost on their behalf. Dont ever deal with Alert Goodwood from Sales people to Management. I've been calling the whole day trying to get a quote for 2 parts. Each call is nothing less than 10 minutes, they keep on transferring me from one person to the next.

Exchanging of parts
I bought piston on Monday I was assisted by Kat Indian guy in Pretoria west and I want to return them because he gave me wrong things n he said I can’t return cause I tried to fit them.so I ask obviously when I buy something from nhen I’m trying to fit they don’t fit now I’m stucked with parts I can’t use r2800 it’s a lot of money just to give alert part for no reason especially my customer needs were not met

Atrocious service Alert Engine Parts
If ever you need engine parts, please refrain from using Alert Engine Parts. Their service is utterly ****py. You obtain a quote, pay the quote as they will only order upon receipt of payment. By the time you collect not all parts are available. Trying to return these incorrect parts they have quoted on with the specific vin number is just a case of no service. No return calls on whats app, emails etc. It is like they have vanished from this earth. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, they take no pride in their work, they actually just don't care and probably operate on a commission basis, hence they will ignore you. In specific Gerhard from Boksburg Branch

ALERT SPARES RICHARDS BAY dont like Refunding Customer's
Awaiting Refund after returning incorrect parts....Accounts Department never calls back to update or inform u , Richards Bay Branch Staff are jusy as in the dark as the rest of payment department.
