Last week on the 28th I got a call from This guy he claimed that he works for Vodacom but he is employed by ELITE MOBILE and they are partner with vodacom . This was a lie no. 1 Second he told me I will be paying the amount with handset and other things but today when I received statement amount is almost 400 Extra. when I phoned elite mobile the lady also doesn’t know how to count and neither she knows how to explain , STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY GUYS
Ho there i am writing this email with alot of frustration and disappointment. Its more then 2 months I came to I store and wanted to apply for new I phone 17pro and I did . And since then I have been waiting and waiting a d waiting. Its so pathetic and poor service both sides of istore and Telkom , that we waiting for response. I GIVE THEM _ 10000 . I GIVE UP ON THEM NOW

Today I visited vodacom store (Stone towers) King williams town and meet SIYA JONAS and she is very very professional and Happy and passionate perosn whonent out of her way to help me. She is a great team player to this store. Keep up the Great work siya you are a star.
Today I visited Torga optical Hemingways east London. We did a full test and it's written on the wall 299 . One i did amd asked the prescription they said it's 600. What type of business is that. They have to explain the clients about whole package . It's so unfair to us as clients we wanted to full test and prescription but they didn't want to give us . THE LAady who helped me she didn't explain nothing to us zandile . Kindly train your staff and dont do this business model where by you guys hide tye things from clients. Zandile was the lady who helped us .
Today we visited queens park east London Hemingways . And wanted to get refund we had slip also, but the lady who seems management mpumie Mbendani told us the company policy is 28 days and after we can't do it. It's unfair because we stay 60kms away and it's not easy for us to come so often however also the staff also nto friendly doesn't greet clients and when I asked questions without answering us she looking away and seems like not hallow to be at work. It's very very poor and bad service received
Today I visited Telkom shop @ Zwelitsha Eyabantu Mall king Williams town,Eastern cape. I was very very unhappy about the approach and the way the all staff approach and give answers to the questions I was asking. Seems like they not happy to be ther on Sunday Mornings . I am a potential client wanted to buy a new contract and also to upgrade my existing contract. The lady who seems to be incharge seems busy on the comouter a d other lady who seems new who doesn't know much was always asking all my questions to her and then replying back to me . These guys need alit of training and positive approach to all the clients. BUST VERY VERY POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE
I am writing this messge with alot of joy and satisfaction about Anthony cox who works at Fleet dynamics East London Branch. He is a super star he is very very very helpfull and dedicated person. Also he has good knowledge of his work and went out of his watmy to help me . I admired his willingness towards the clients. Keep up the Great work Anthony. Thanks
