STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Most unreliable and horrible company to use, they claim to be cheaper but they swindle money out of you as you go along, my move was horrific cos of this company. They kept pushing my family and I to leave sooner and sooner, until they eventually rushed my move even though I had booked a month in advance.

They bumped and scratched and broke a lot of my really expensive stuff and had placed stuff on top of my tv and ruined the tv and wouldn’t give me feedback or own up to it. When I try get a hold of them to sort it out, they say it’s a 7 day policy when it never stated that on any of the documentation.

When you try to call them, they say they are in meetings.

They are disrespectful. They have no concern for your belongings and place other boxes on top of the boxes that you label as fragile.

This is a horrible company and i strongly advise you NOT to use them. Fair enough they are cheaper, but it will cost you more to repair and replace the stuff they ruin.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They lie and say they will replace your stuff but never ever respond to you or show up with the items they promise to repair or replace.

Please do your research about this company so you don’t fall prey to them like I did.
