Appalling service
The service I received from Biggles and their sub contractors, Megashift Logistics was sub-standard. I relocated from Durban to the Western Cape and it took 3 deliveries to complete my consignment. Components from my vintage drawing have been lost as well as the parallel motion and never recovered. Two boxes were never delivered! I sincerely regret signing up with them.

Appalling service

VULGAR OWNER
Hello. This company runs a transport business and an aircon company. They are a terrible business to deal with. They took money upfront and didn't complete the service they promised to deliver. I can't attach screenshots between the owner and myself and divulge any information because I believe he will be targeting me. The guy I spoke with was very vulgar and told me that he is coming to my home and threatend to harm me. I would like to make the public aware of this matter and they should be careful who they trust . The owner is very vulgar and refused to listen to the complaints I had about the aircon unit. People like this shouldn't have a business where they rely on the public to support. If you support this business I can guarantee you that you will burn your fingers.

VULGAR OWNER
Hello. This company runs a transport business and an aircon company. They are a terrible business to deal with. They took money upfront and didn't complete the service they promised to deliver. Unsatisfied Customer
Quite a few items were broken during the move. A Persian rug and a cell phone charger went missing. No compensation for the above was offered despite many requests in this regard. The Packing staff were very good and some of the Moving staff went out of their way during the move. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business.

Shocked and annoyed
My experience was shocking and terrible, the guys that picked up my items in Joburg were great and they wrapped my TV for me but when I received my furniture in Durban I was shocked. My boxes were broken, so many glasses broken. All my furniture was damaged and needed to be repaired. But the part that frustrated me was that they broke my 65 inch TV and was like well you did not pack it properly and we can't sort it out but during that 3 months they kept me waiting and thinking that it would be fixed and it was never done. So they can just move your TV and break it and it is at your cost to sort out now. But it took them 3 months to sort out my Furniture and they did not fix it properly. I will not recommend them to anyone ever. I had terrible service.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Most unreliable and horrible company to use, they claim to be cheaper but they swindle money out of you as you go along, my move was horrific cos of this company. They kept pushing my family and I to leave sooner and sooner, until they eventually rushed my move even though I had booked a month in advance. They bumped and scratched and broke a lot of my really expensive stuff and had placed stuff on top of my tv and ruined the tv and wouldn’t give me feedback or own up to it. When I try get a hold of them to sort it out, they say it’s a 7 day policy when it never stated that on any of the documentation. When you try to call them, they say they are in meetings. They are disrespectful. They have no concern for your belongings and place other boxes on top of the boxes that you label as fragile. This is a horrible company and i strongly advise you NOT to use them. Fair enough they are cheaper, but it will cost you more to repair and replace the stuff they ruin. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie and say they will replace your stuff but never ever respond to you or show up with the items they promise to repair or replace. Please do your research about this company so you don’t fall prey to them like I did.

Cheaper isnt always better
I do not recommend this company at all. From the start they kept changing our move time and date. Eventually after a lot of back and forth we were told they would come on the 28th of Feb at 4:30am to uplift all of our boxes and furniture. Myself and my husband told them to please be careful of our stuff especially the Tv's that we had thickly wrapped in bubble wrap and the baby furniture. And to also please wrap up our white bed mattress so it does not get dirty. When they arrived on Saturday the 1st of March in Benoni they offloaded everything, they had damaged numerous items of ours like our baby cot, two compactum's, fan, shattered a TV, mattress was filthy and stinky (as if someone had slept on it), clothing's dryer and a whole bunch of boxes squashed and damaged especially the ones that said 'Fragile'. We later discovered a scale that was put in one of the washing baskets is also missing.. We let their office know and their response was you have 7 days to report any damages etc. Nowhere on the paperwork does it state this. My husband has been trying to call the people at the office and the one person responding on Whatsapp is very rude and gives him the run around. Till date we have had no positive feedback in regard to all the damages to our furniture especially the shattered TV.. Moving is stressful enough, moving from Province to province even worse of stress and they did not make this process any easier but more stressful. Please do not use them.. They may be cheaper but we have now realized that cheaper isn't always better.
