Becareful of certain agencies
I do not recommend this agency. We dealt with a lady. From the word go she was very blunt to my husband when he had many questions to ask. As we were relocating from Durban to Boksburg we had no one to view the actual unit. The pictures of the actual unit that were displayed on the website were not of the unit. They were of the unit down the passage. So that is false advertising. Our unit is opposite to that of the pictures. The video sent to us by her was correct. Upon collecting the keys, she showed us the unit. The place was left filthy dirty by the previous tenants. No one bothered to wipe out the dusty mouldy cupboards throughout, no one bothered sweeping or mopping or even dusting the windowsills removing dead flies and insects and cobwebs.. Yet we were told it was cleaned and checked, and the windows were left open to air the place out which was nonsense.. The previous tenants were dirty people and did not have the decency to clean after they left and the agent tried to cover up and say it was. She then said we can find a helper and she will pay for this privately and reimburse us for this.. Mind you now we must go source a cleaner in an area we are new to. To date she has not bothered paying us back and ignores my constant throng of emails asking for reimbur*****t. There were multiple things wrong with the unit, shower seal not sealing and broken, toilet button not flushing, toilet roll holder broken amongst other things. Yet we were told that everything is in immaculate working condition. Again - false. She did not bother informing the owner of these things as she didn't even bother checking yet she said she did, Not sure how she checked something that's broken. As soon as I told her and the owner what all was broken the owner immediately contacted me and sorted all out that was wrong. Such chalk & cheese. Wonderful owner but not so wonderful agent. Please do not use this particular agent.

Cheaper isnt always better
I do not recommend this company at all. From the start they kept changing our move time and date. Eventually after a lot of back and forth we were told they would come on the 28th of Feb at 4:30am to uplift all of our boxes and furniture. Myself and my husband told them to please be careful of our stuff especially the Tv's that we had thickly wrapped in bubble wrap and the baby furniture. And to also please wrap up our white bed mattress so it does not get dirty. When they arrived on Saturday the 1st of March in Benoni they offloaded everything, they had damaged numerous items of ours like our baby cot, two compactum's, fan, shattered a TV, mattress was filthy and stinky (as if someone had slept on it), clothing's dryer and a whole bunch of boxes squashed and damaged especially the ones that said 'Fragile'. We later discovered a scale that was put in one of the washing baskets is also missing.. We let their office know and their response was you have 7 days to report any damages etc. Nowhere on the paperwork does it state this. My husband has been trying to call the people at the office and the one person responding on Whatsapp is very rude and gives him the run around. Till date we have had no positive feedback in regard to all the damages to our furniture especially the shattered TV.. Moving is stressful enough, moving from Province to province even worse of stress and they did not make this process any easier but more stressful. Please do not use them.. They may be cheaper but we have now realized that cheaper isn't always better.

Please do not use the Agent Pauline Hahn from Property.co.za Benoni Branch

Bunch of ****** who exhort money and don't take responsibility!!
Most unreliable and horrible company to use, they claim to be cheaper but swindle money out of you as you go along, my move was horrific cos of this company. They kept trying to pushing my family and I to leave sooner and sooner, until eventually rushed my move even though I had booked a month in advance. They bumped and scratched and broke a lot of my really expensive stuff and had placed stuff on top of my to which ruined my tv. When I try get a hold of them to sort it out, they say it’s a 7day policy when it never stated that on any of the documentation. When you try to call them, they say they are in meetings. This is a horrible company and i strongly advise you NOT to use them. Fair enough they are cheaper, but it will cost you more to repair and replace the stuff they ruin. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
