My experience was shocking and terrible, the guys that picked up my items in Joburg were great and they wrapped my TV for me but when I received my furniture in Durban I was shocked. My boxes were broken, so many glasses broken. All my furniture was damaged and needed to be repaired. But the part that frustrated me was that they broke my 65 inch TV and was like well you did not pack it properly and we can't sort it out but during that 3 months they kept me waiting and thinking that it would be fixed and it was never done. So they can just move your TV and break it and it is at your cost to sort out now. But it took them 3 months to sort out my Furniture and they did not fix it properly. I will not recommend them to anyone ever. I had terrible service.
I bought a brand-new car from Renault in Fourways on the 15 September and 4 days later I advised them of a problem I am experiencing. I have taken the car in 4 times now and this problem has not even been sorted. They are apparently waiting for Head Office to get back to them. It does not take you 2 and half months to sort out a problem. I am furious with the service.
