No after sales service!!! Poor workmanship!
I had a section of wall installed on the 13th of August. The wall is incredibly unstable and is going to start leaning any day. I contacted Calvin who came out to do a site inspection.
He was not happy with the wall and felt the foundations their team had installed were not adequate, and undertook to set up an appointment to cast bigger foundations. Over a month since that visit I have heard nothing and my messages go unanswered! Your service is PATHETIC!!!
This wall is going to last a year at best and now I have to fix your **** workmanship!

I am very disappointed to hear about your bad experience with our company and have done a investigation into the matter.
Disciplinary action and further training was given to the relevant people that was responsible.
Our systems were also updated to ensure that similar incidents are avoided in the future.
