Unprofessional Conduct
I requested a quote 25th April 2022, followed up again on the 26th and said it’s for urgent delivery. I received the quote and paid within a hour. When I follow up on delivery the response was they closed for the 28th and 29th April. I then requested a refund without handling fee since this was not communicated upfront. I’ve yet to receive any refund after several telephone calls, email and WhatsApp.

No after sales service!!! Poor workmanship!
I had a section of wall installed on the 13th of August. The wall is incredibly unstable and is going to start leaning any day. I contacted Calvin who came out to do a site inspection. He was not happy with the wall and felt the foundations their team had installed were not adequate, and undertook to set up an appointment to cast bigger foundations. Over a month since that visit I have heard nothing and my messages go unanswered! Your service is PATHETIC!!! This wall is going to last a year at best and now I have to fix your **** workmanship!
