Poor customer service from MTN. I trying to change my debit order banking details but unable to do so without phoning a call centre. After a 30min call a back-office ticket has been logged. I only received communication a week later from MTN to supply them with my ID and Proof of banking details. I did not respond in 48hours to MTN just closed my ticket. I find it very disappointing.
Hi, I've made a payment to my Retirement Annuity on the 30 December 2025. I followed up with the call centre and received a reference number on the 2 January 2025. The funds still have not been allocated. I would appreciate some urgent feedback. Since this means that my funds had no growth since the 30 December 2025. Surely this should be an automated process.
Worst customer service ever, please listen to call 14528000 with Zweli. The person is not acknowledging me at all and only following the script provided. Highly frustrating and wasting everyone's time.
Refund BDC5941 - Vitality Travel Refunds has been outstanding since 9 January 2023. Every time I phone or email I get the same response - Thank you kindly for the refund documents. We have submitted to our Finance Team. I've yet to receive payment - 21 April 2023.
I had a burglary on the 28th of August. Reported it immediately on the Discovery Insure website. Received no call and had to phone them. It’s is now the 21st September yet to receive my payout. Contacted them numerous times, no escalation process or complaints department. This is truly pathetic.
Do not consider Appleton for a deceased estate. Our family have followed up non stop with regards to the progress. First our documents were lost after months of constant follow up. Ever time our family receive the same response, hardly any progress and extremely incompetent. We have now been handed to over to new employee with little to no change after more than a month. We've provided them with a clear list of what is required, yet they do not action anything and want to family to contact the creditors. This is extremely frustrating since its almost a year to the death of my late mother.
I’ve placed a order on 15 May 2022, then received a message saying my order went “missing” on the 18 May 2022. A new order was then delivered on the 23 May 2022 where by one of the items was opened and did not contain the device. I reported it immediately and it was returned on the 24th. To this day I’ve not received a new item or a credit. I’ve contacted the call centre but the call keeps on dropping.

When I follow up on delivery the response was they closed for the 28th and 29th April. I then requested a refund without handling fee since this was not communicated upfront. I’ve yet to receive any refund after several telephone calls, email and WhatsApp.

I should have googled the previous customer reviews: Unethical, unreliable, unprofessional. I placed an order for 4 tons of Rustic Gabion Rocks 70mm - 300mm. When the delivery arrived I asked: "Why it looks so little?". The driver (that is clearly from a total different company) tells me: "This it was they gave me?". When I need to sign for the delivery the the tons are now reduced to 3? With no proof how the tons were determined. I've mailed and phoned and received no response or feedback.
