13 August 2024 14:05 Bus Written Lorraine the bus driver lady refused to let me in the bus when I have asked if it's Lorraine going through overbaakens.

She then from the second lady who was asking said She's going to Sherwoood, I have been waiting on that station as of 13:30

The second bus for 14:10 left me there before 10 past when I was going to ask what what happening to the supervisor or manager on the station.

The rudeness of the bus driver lady was very unacceptable and I'm failing to understand why would a 14:10 bus leave before its designated time while I have been asking to the supervisor who would have assisted while the bus was there instead of being on his cellphone while asking him for help.
