Department of labour Govan Mbeki service is very bad and inconsiderate. I have reported at the centre the first time and was not assisted. I have the documents which contained the initial date I've went there. The helpdesk lady Clare said It's not the first time I'm going there, and I should report to the line which was Closer to the consultants. At no Teller 19 Harry or Hannry turned me back to bring the helpdesk lady who instructed me to the line she did not attend the matter and told me to start from the line which was at the back while other people went straight to the consultants. This is the same thing that was happening the first time I was there. She later on stood up and sat with one of the consultants who was busy assisting the line to distract her from making the line move.
Over debited amounts promised to be paid back were not credited into the provided account.
No call backs No explanatory for documentation Incorrectly filled in forms Amounts not reflecting on provided bank account.
Teller 5 on the10th of October, rudely ordered me to sit town after she has failed to assist my mother with scanning her fingerprints, after telling her I do not need to sit down as I'm waiting for my mother to finish her ID application. She called the security to take me out of the building because me standing up was too much for her, the securities attacked me and forcefully grabbed me to outside of the building making a circus and a laughing stock . THE ELDER SECURITY GRABBED MY WIG OFF MY HEAD while the male security took my off ready to break it off
Timeslots provided on the window and waiting areas for bus. 13 August 2024 14:05 Bus Written Lorraine the bus driver lady refused to let me in the bus when I have asked if it's Lorraine going through overbaakens. She then from the second lady who was asking said She's going to Sherwoood, I have been waiting on that station as of 13:30 The second bus for 14:10 left me there before 10 past when I was going to ask what what happening to the supervisor or manager on the station. The rudeness of the bus driver lady was very unacceptable and I'm failing to understand why would a 14:10 bus leave before its designated time while I have been asking to the supervisor who would have assisted while the bus was there instead of being on his cellphone while asking him for help.
Item scanned not packed by Walter Madlala Who was on Till 5, This is the second incident happening at this very same store where i had to return back to the store and use my money again to travel and fetch an item that was not packed by their employee. This incident is repeating again with a different employee who was assisting me on till 5 Walter Madlala I called the store numerous time right at 6 o'clock until their closing time 7pm and no response. This service is really pathetic and unacceptable , it is a waste of time, money and interest in this shop.
I have made calls to follow up on my parcel, it was stated to arrive today at 18:30pm I have been awaiting for my parcel and no contact is made from their side.
My Parcel has been with this delivery company since yesterday, I have made numerous calls trying to track my order , they have stated to have it delivered by 18:30pm this day I'm writing this review. I'm literally waiting and on the lookout for the driver outside, no follow up was made for this .
