*****/Money ****** happening on Alibaba

Pathetic responses from Alibaba after money has been ******!!! Complaints get canceled but nothing has been done. The person involved in *****ing my money even contacted me personally to cancel the complaint, but I refused. My second complaint got cancelled with evidence of *****sters contacting me personally, nothing has been done. How can Alibaba stil operate with so called businesses on their site that is *****ing from their customers.
