*****/Money ****** happening on Alibaba
Pathetic responses from Alibaba after money has been ******!!! Complaints get canceled but nothing has been done. The person involved in *****ing my money even contacted me personally to cancel the complaint, but I refused. My second complaint got cancelled with evidence of *****sters contacting me personally, nothing has been done. How can Alibaba stil operate with so called businesses on their site that is *****ing from their customers.

I have brought a drone with Alibaba.com last year December 12 but till today I haven't received it. Ive been following up with them but I've been getting empty promises from them. Now they have gone silent and not responding to my texts. Alibaba is a ****!!!!!

Poor customer service delivery
They don't even deserve that star because the support team doesn't do their job, they no nothing about customer service and they don't care about our matters as long as they are getting paid

Stay Away from Alibaba
When placing an order on Alibaba, the platform pushes you aggressively to purchase “Trade Assurance” as if it guarantees your money and shipment. Don’t be fooled! After 100 days, my order has still not arrived, and Alibaba refuses to refund the payment — despite all the so-called buyer protection. They keep making excuses and shifting responsibility to the supplier. The so-called “insurance” is meaningless. Conclusion: Avoid Alibaba at all costs. Their buyer protection is a marketing trick — not a guarantee.

Disorganized business
They expose customers to ****mers by posting items for sale that are not verified thus advertisers claim to deliver speedily and demand payment be made to ***** bank accounts. One has to be very careful when buying on their app. If it says chat now or send enquiry don't even bother because your money may go one way
