Alibaba is a ****e

I have brought a drone with Alibaba.com last year December 12 but till today I haven't received it. Ive been following up with them but I've been getting empty promises from them. Now they have gone silent and not responding to my texts. Alibaba is a ****!!!!!

They are refusing to pay

I’m so Disappointed and dissatisfied with DialDirect. I took comprehensive cover with them and I was told that everything was covered including theft,fire and damage. 2 weeks back my car was ****** and I have sent them all the footage and necessary information but today I’m told that my Tiguan will not be covered in the theft. This is not an insurance company that I would recommend to any of my friends or to my wort enemy because they are trying to do me dirty but I’m not pulling to take them head on on this claim. There’s no way that I can be so faithful to them but they want to treat me like this. Dial Direct is now my no.1 Enemy. The lady who pretended to assist me was Sesharika Naidoo/ Rangunathan. Never seen such pretence in my life. Now I’m requesting voice recordings of when I took the cover and I’m bieng told to wait. Such a ridiculous company!!!

Empty Promises

Ive reported a claim for 2 months now. Im still getting no Joy from these people. They promised to pay about a month ago and they are absolutely non chalant when it comes to paying thier customers what is due to them. They are so unprofessional. I was assisted by a lady called Ntando Mjali, she did not know what she's doing. Ive been communicating with Kavish Singh for an entire month, he doesn't come back to me, he goes MIA. You can't get his on the phone, each time he calls there's always something new and also comes with empty promises.

Auto and General is the worst insurance that anyone can get take.

My. Father has had such a terrible experience with Auto and General. He was paying his premiums for a whole 3 years consistently and he has had such a traumatic accident and now they are refusing to make the payment for his car. This is not an insurance I can recommend to anyone. We’re disgusted by their service .

Sani Fleet Rentals

Sani car rental I the worst car rental.

I had the worst experience with Sani Car Rental. I hired car from the 17th February 2024 - 21st February 2024 in Cape Town and took the car at the airport. I Paid R1,605.03 for the rental and a deposit of R8,640.00 which made a total of R10 245.03. When I returned the car it, was still in mint condition, no scratches whatsoever. Returned it with a full tank. But I only got back R279.03 on the 24th February 2024. Im really distraught with this. I will never ever use this company ever again. I was so disappointed.
